Chef Jenn’s Tips
- All air fryers are different and cook at different speeds, so cooking times may vary. You want the potatoes to be fork-tender and a bit crispy on the outside.
- Like your sweet potato cubes spicy? Add a 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or chipotle powder to the spice mix.
- Don’t cut your potatoes too small, or they’ll overcook, and if you cut them too big, they’ll take longer to cook.
- For the best crisping, cook the potatoes in one layer.
