This Pomegranate Mojito mocktail is perfect for those who adore a festive mocktail without the alcohol; it’s a delightful blend of pomegranate juice, mint, and a few more simple ingredients. This recipe is my go-to for adding a splash of color and vibrancy to any holiday gathering.
What is a Mojito?
A mojito is traditionally a Cuban cocktail made with white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. Its combination of sweetness, citrus, and mint flavors is intended to complement the potent kick of the rum.
A Pomegranate Mojito is a tasty twist made with fresh pomegranate juice. It’s lively and not too sweet, and the mint pairs perfectly with the pomegranate flavor.
Pomegranates are often associated with Chrismas, making this a great Chrismas mocktail. You can also add a shot of alcohol to the drink, turning it into a holiday cocktail. See all my suggestions below!
