How to Make The Best Blackstone Sausage & Peppers

  1. Preheat your outdoor griddle to medium-hot and add the oil to one section.
  2. Slice the sausage into bite-size chunks and add them to the oil on the griddle. Start cooking the sausage, moving them around as needed to keep them from burning and to ensure even cooking.
  3. When the sausage is nearly cooked, add the onion and garlic. Keep it moving around so it cooks.
