Weekly Meal Plan #53
Every dinner in this week’s meal plan comes with one rule: less to clean up after. Sheet pans, one skillet, minimal dishes — real flavor without the mess. Less to wash, same great dinner.

Run through what’s already in your kitchen first, then grab the list below. Less cleanup this week means a simpler list too.
Monday — Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Thighs
Everything goes on one sheet pan and into the oven together, no juggling multiple pots or timers. The chicken skin crisps up while the vegetables roast right alongside it, and cleanup is basically nothing.
Tuesday — Brisket Fried Rice
If you’ve got a brisket sitting in the fridge, this is the best thing you can do with it. One skillet, a handful of bold ingredients, and dinner is done before you’ve even thought about the dishes.
Wednesday — Tacos Dorados
The frying is what makes these different — crispy, crunchy shells wrapped around melty cheese and well-seasoned beef. One skillet does all the work here.
Thursday — Air Fryer Chicken Fries
This is the dinner I make when the week has already asked too much of me. Crispy, quick, and kid-approved, with almost nothing to clean up after.
Friday — Greek Meatball Pita Sandwiches
Juicy beef and pork meatballs get seared in one skillet, then stuffed into a warm pita with tzatziki, feta, and crisp veggies. Handheld, fast, and endlessly good.
Saturday — Air Fryer Shrimp
A quick spice rub and a hot air fryer basket are all it takes here. Serve it over rice, in tacos, or straight off the tray for the easiest dinner of the week.
Sunday — Skillet Chicken with Artichokes, Lemon, and Feta
Sunday dinner doesn’t need to be complicated to feel special. Just one skillet, a bright Mediterranean sauce, and a finish of crumbled feta over tender chicken.
Everything’s lined up for an easy week, in the kitchen and after dinner. List’s ready, recipes are linked. Go enjoy the extra time.
