  • You can use clear creme de menthe if you can’t find the green version, but the cocktail will be white, not pastel green.

What to Serve with Your Whoville Martini

I love starting meals with a martini. This holiday martini is the perfect starter to meals of humble fare like chili or stew but also before elegant meals of seafood stuffed salmon or beef tenderloin.

Needed a new drink to try and stumbled upon this martini – very refreshingly tingly from the creme the menthe! I used a clear creme the menthe since I couldn’t find the pastel green one. Will make it again.
