Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded
  • cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted, for milder sauce, optional
  • 8 large lettuce leaves romaine or butter lettuce
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Add melted butter if using to mellow the heat.
  • Use tongs to portion the buffalo chicken into lettuce leaves.
  • Arrange wraps on a platter and top with celery and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crunch and flavor.

Notes

Chef Jenn’s Tips

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience—it saves time and still tastes great.
  • For a sturdy wrap with extra crunch, go with romaine hearts. Butter lettuce is softer and more delicate.
  • Add crumbled blue cheese on top if you want to amp up the richness and tang.
