Southern Ham Salad

Southern Ham Salad made with cream cheese is creamy, herby, and loaded with flavor. It's perfect on crackers, in a finger sandwich, or piled on to the end of a spoon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ham
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 green onions white and green parts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard

Instructions

  • Cut the ham into chunks and add it to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the blade a few times to chop up the ham into small pieces.
  • Add the cream cheese, mustard, parsley, and green onion to the food processor with the ham and pulse until combined.
  • Serve and enjoy!
