Baked Feta Pasta
Creamy and delicious, this simple to make Baked Feta Pasta is a TikTok food trend that you can't miss!
Servings: 6 servings
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 shallots sliced
- 3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 ounces feta cheese in a block
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Toss the tomatoes, shallots, thyme sprigs and garlic in the olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread them in an even layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Making a spot in the center, add the feta. Top the feta with the Italian seasoning.
Bake at 400-F for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have burst and the feta is super soft.
As soon as you take it from the oven, mix the feta into the tomatoes and liquid and mix it gently around to make a sauce.
Serve over hot pasta and enjoy!
