  • Add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in half of the bacon bits, half of the green onions, and half of the chopped pecans.
  • Place a piece of plastic wrap on your counter and transfer the cheese mixture onto it.
  • Wrap the cheese mixture tightly in the plastic wrap, then shape it into a ball.
  • Chill the cheeseball in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Prepare the coating by combining the remaining bacon bits, chopped pecans, and green onions in a shallow bowl.
  • Unwrap the chilled cheeseball and roll it in the prepared coating mixture, pressing gently to ensure the entire surface is evenly coated.
  • Serve the cheeseball with crackers, veggies, or your favorite dippers, and enjoy!
