- 12 ounces dried pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Cook the pasta according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, grape tomatoes, chopped romaine, red onion, and parsley.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
