  • Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon or hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream and pickle juice, and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped pickles, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chopped dill or a few pickle slices.

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • This is a chunky dip but you don’t want the pickles too big! Dice them small so you get good pickle flavor in every bite.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more pickle juice if you like a thinner dip.
  • Add chopped pickled jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy twist.
