  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Form the ground turkey mixture into about 16 ping pong sized meatballs and arrange them in your air fryer.
  • Air fry at 375-F for about 7-8 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165F on a digital thermometer.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Chef Jenn's tips

  • You can use regular breadcrumbs or Panko in this recipe. Either works fine.
  • No fresh parsley? Add 1 tbsp dried parsley instead.
  • Mix things up! Make these Italian-style with 1/2 tbsp of your favorite Italian seasoning, add some spice with chipotle powder, or go Greek with a side of Tzatziki.
  • This recipe doubles beautifully, just don't overfill your air fryer. Make them in two batches if the basket is too full.
