Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Yellow Beans

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Wash and trim the beans, then dry them with a paper towel.
  • Toss the beans with olive oil.
  • Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the yellow beans and toss to combine.
  • Spread the seasoned beans evenly onto the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes at 375°F, then toss and continue to air fry for another 2 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender-crisp.

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • All air fryers cook differently. Check your beans after a few minutes to make sure they’re not browning too quickly.
  • Don’t overcrowd your air fryer. I have a big basket air fryer, and these beans fit into that, but you may need to cut the recipe in half or cook in batches if your air fryer is smaller.
  • These beans are best served immediately, but they can also be reheated for a quick and tasty snack.
