Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings split, tips removed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • cups peach jam
  • 1 chipotle in adobo sauce 2 if you like it spicy
  • 2 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat your Traeger pellet grill smoker to 180°F.
  • Smoke the wings for about 60 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F on a digital thermometer.
  • Remove the wings from the smoker.
  • Turn the heat up to 450°F.
  • Return the wings to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until they start to brown.
  • Blend the peach jam, chipotle, adobo sauce, and vinegar in a blender until smooth.
  • Toss the wings in the sauce and serve the extra sauce on the side for dipping.
