Cranberry Cosmosa

Crisp, refreshing, a bit fizzy, and not-too-sweet, this Cranberry Cosmosa is a tasty fusion of a mimosa and a cosmopolitan cocktail. It's perfect for brunch and other boozy celebrations around the holidays.

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 3 ounces sparkling rose wine
  • 1 orange twist optional garnish
  • 2-3 fresh cranberries optional garnish
  • 2-3 sugared cranberries optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add the cranberry juice and the vodka to a cocktail shaker along with 2-3 ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 2 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and top it up with rosé wine.
  • Garnish with cranberries, an orange twist, or sugared cranberries.

  • Chill the martini glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine for the vodka and rosé.
