Chef Jenn's Tips
- Smoke the pineapple at 350-F for about 15 minutes or 225-F for about 50-60 minutes. You just want to the glaze to be glossy and the pineapple to be heated through.
- This Sweet and Spicy Smoked Pineapple recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of chipotle powder, which gives the pineapple a bit of a kick. Chipotle powder can be spicy! Go easy with it until you know how spicy you like it.
