Gather your ingredients:
Cream cheese Spice blend
Use a salt-free or low-salt spice blend or rub or it could be too salty!
Cover the cream cheese with your spice rub - both sides!
Cut hatch marks into the cream cheese with a sharp knife
Use a recyclable container so you don't ruin a good dish (smoke residue)
Preheat your pellet smoker to 225-F
Smoke the cream cheese for 2 hours
Serve with your favorite crackers!
