Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parsely finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic grated or very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a small bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • It's important to get the garlic as finely chopped as possible. I love using a microplane grater and grating the garlic cloves. This gets them more finely "chopped" than any knife or food processor.
  • This garlic dip recipe will get stronger in flavor as it sits. For best results, make it a few hours ahead of when you'll need it.
  • Use white pepper instead of black in this dip so that you don't have black flecks running through it.
