- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsely finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic grated or very finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Chef Jenn's Tips
- It's important to get the garlic as finely chopped as possible. I love using a microplane grater and grating the garlic cloves. This gets them more finely "chopped" than any knife or food processor.
- This garlic dip recipe will get stronger in flavor as it sits. For best results, make it a few hours ahead of when you'll need it.
- Use white pepper instead of black in this dip so that you don't have black flecks running through it.
