  • Preheat your oven to 425-F.
  • Slice the baguette and butter on one side. Lay the buttered side down on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the eggs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Irish cheddar in a bowl.
  • Add a heaping tablespoon (or more, depending on the size of your bread slices) to the top of each slice of bread and spread it out a bit to reach each side. You don't want the topping to be too thin.
  • Bake the toasties for 6-8 minutes or until they're puffy and very lightly golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm!
