Bite-Sized Cheese Toasties
Golden brown and buttery on the bottom and soft, cheesy, and delish on top, Cheese Toasties are a humble dish that's so crazy good! These bite-sized Cheese Toasties are the perfect snack, appetizer, or side to soups, salads, and more!

Preheat your oven to 425-F.
Slice the baguette and butter on one side. Lay the buttered side down on a baking sheet.
Mix the eggs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Irish cheddar in a bowl.
Add a heaping tablespoon (or more, depending on the size of your bread slices) to the top of each slice of bread and spread it out a bit to reach each side. You don't want the topping to be too thin.
Bake the toasties for 6-8 minutes or until they're puffy and very lightly golden brown on top.
