  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380-F.
  • Add the frozen breaded chicken patties to the air fryer and cook for about 7 minutes. Flip them over and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they reach 160-F with a digital meat thermometer.
  • Open the basket and layer each chicken cutlet with the sliced ham and then the cheese.
  • Put them back into the air fryer for another minute or until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • Heating times are approximate and will vary based on the thickness of your chicken cutlets and air fryer model.
  • Always check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165-F with a digital meat thermometer before eating.
  • Switch up the cheese! Don't like swiss cheese? Try Monterey Jack, cheddar, or whatever you have on hand.
  • This is a great use of leftover ham. Slice it thinly and use it in place of deli slices.
