Easy Cajun Dip

Packed with flavor and a bit of a kick, this Cajun Dip is so super easy! Great with chips, veggies, nuggets, grilled shrimp, and more, it's delicious and versatile!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • If your dip is too thick, you can thin it with a bit of milk.
  • If your dip is too thin, add a bit more mayo or sour cream to thicken it up. You may need to adjust the seasonings after that.
  • Lemon juice really brings out the flavors, so try not to skip it.
  • You can use all mayonnaise for a dairy-free Cajun dip or all sour cream if you don't care for mayonnaise.
  • Use white pepper instead of black to avoid big black flecks in your dip.
