Super easy and packed with flavor, this Russian Dressing is thick, creamy, tangy, spicy, and so crazy good! Perfect on salads, it's also a great sandwich spread, dip, and sauce!

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • I prefer to hand chop the pickles and shallot, but you can pulse them in a food processor until they're chopped.
  • Use super-fresh sour cream to keep your dressing fresh for more than a few days.
  • No shallots? Use some finely chopped sweet onion instead or the white parts of green onions.
  • Can't find chili sauce? Use ketchup instead.
