Russian Dressing
Super easy and packed with flavor, this Russian Dressing is thick, creamy, tangy, spicy, and so crazy good! Perfect on salads, it's also a great sandwich spread, dip, and sauce!

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the shallot and pickle.
Mix everything together in a small bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
Chef Jenn's Tips
- I prefer to hand chop the pickles and shallot, but you can pulse them in a food processor until they're chopped.
- Use super-fresh sour cream to keep your dressing fresh for more than a few days.
- No shallots? Use some finely chopped sweet onion instead or the white parts of green onions.
- Can't find chili sauce? Use ketchup instead.
